Blood For women 19 markers Recommended first test

Female Longevity Panel

This is the panel most members start with. It brings together the hormones that change across your 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond with the heart, kidney and liver markers worth watching alongside them - so the first picture you get is a connected one, not a stack of separate numbers.

What it looks at

19 markers across hormones, heart & lipids, kidney and liver.

Hormones8
  • SHBGA protein that carries sex hormones in the blood - it shapes how much of each hormone your body can actually use.
  • DHEA-SA hormone made mostly by the adrenal glands and used as a building block for other hormones.
  • FSHA signaling hormone from the pituitary gland that helps regulate reproductive hormones.
  • LHA pituitary hormone that signals the ovaries or testes to produce hormones.
  • EstradiolThe main form of estrogen, important for both women and men.
  • ProgesteroneA hormone that rises and falls with the menstrual cycle and shifts through perimenopause.
  • Total testosteroneAll the testosterone in your blood, both bound to proteins and free.
  • Free testosterone (calculated)The share of testosterone not bound to proteins, calculated from total testosterone, SHBG and albumin.
Heart & lipids7
  • Total cholesterolThe overall amount of cholesterol carried in your blood.
  • HDL cholesterolCholesterol carried by high-density lipoproteins.
  • Cholesterol / HDL ratioTotal cholesterol compared with HDL, calculated from your results.
  • TriglyceridesThe most common type of fat in the blood, closely tied to diet and activity.
  • VLDL cholesterolCholesterol carried by very-low-density lipoproteins, which also carry triglycerides.
  • LDL cholesterolCholesterol carried by low-density lipoproteins.
  • LDL / HDL ratioLDL compared with HDL, calculated from your results.
Kidney2
  • CreatinineA waste product from muscle that your kidneys filter out.
  • eGFRAn estimate of how well your kidneys are filtering, calculated from creatinine.
Liver2
  • ALTAn enzyme found mainly in the liver.
  • AlbuminThe most abundant protein in your blood, made by the liver.

Ratios and calculated values (like eGFR and free testosterone) are calculated from your other results and are counted as markers.
